Owner of Mindful Movements Counseling Center
Enjoys working with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, relationship struggles, post-partum challenges, and life transitions. Areas of support include PTSD, domestic violence and sexual assault recovery, codependency, self-esteem, and emotional overwhelm. Trained in EMDR, sandtray therapy, and expressive arts techniques, with the option to integrate mindfulness, creativity, and faith-based counseling when desired.
Supervised by Mikayla Williams, MA, LPC-S, NCC
Enjoys working with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. Areas of support include recurring or distressing thoughts, self-exploration, personal growth, and developing healthier coping skills. Offers a collaborative, compassionate approach focused on helping clients uncover deeper emotional patterns, build self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Enjoys working with first responders, couples, families, and individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and life stressors. Areas of support include PTSD, unhealthy relational patterns, family dynamics, emotional overwhelm, and pre-marital and marital concerns. Trained in EMDR and offers faith-based counseling when desired.
Supervised by Nicole Ponce, LPC-S, LCDC
Enjoys working with adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, attachment wounds, burnout, and self-discovery. Areas of support include identity development, healthy relationships, emotional wellness, and personal growth. Offers faith-based counseling when desired.
Supervised by Dr. Kristina Kram, PhD, LPC-S, RPT, CCPT-S, CPRT-S
Enjoys working with teens ages 14+ and adults navigating stress, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions, including veterans, caregivers, helping professionals, and older adults. Areas of support include anxiety, identity development, peer and family relationships, chronic pain or illness, grief, and trauma. Offers faith-based counseling when desired and support in understanding the connection between mental health, physical health, and medication.
Student Counseling Intern
Enjoys working with children ages 3+, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions. Areas of support include social, emotional, and behavioral concerns in children, as well as helping clients build confidence, emotional awareness, and self-understanding. Incorporates Child-Centered Play Therapy, sandtray therapy, Gestalt methods, and faith-based counseling when desired.
Licensed Professional Counselor
Enjoys working with teens ages 12+ and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Areas of support include career counseling, women’s issues, veteran experiences, interpersonal difficulties, and sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI) related concerns. Offers a collaborative, client-led, LGBTQIA+/queer affirming space focused on healing, self-exploration, and overall wellness.
Licensed Professional Counselor
Enjoys working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, addiction, relationship conflict, and social/emotional challenges. Areas of support include parent-child dynamics, abuse recovery, suicidal ideation, identity exploration, and life stressors. Offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space for clients of all religions, political backgrounds, and LGBTQ+ identities, using a collaborative approach tailored to each client’s needs.
