Life is filled with many twists and turns. Sometimes navigating life's journey can certainly be complicated, confusing, and even painful. The decision to seek counseling is undoubtedly an important piece in your wellness journey.
Generally in my practice, I primarily focus on individual counseling for teens, young adults, and adults. I've worked extensively with individuals grappling with concerns such as trauma, depression, anxiety, academic planning, sports counseling for athletes, ADHD, life transitions, self-esteem, grief, relationship issues, spirituality, and social-emotional learning. Further, my experiences also include providing support for young people as they navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, stress management, and career-related issues.
A Client-Centered Approach
My goal as your counselor is to meet you where you're at, working collaboratively together to reclaim and discover the best version of yourself. I often use methods including mindfulness, art, music and other creative practices during counseling sessions to facilitate the healing process.
